Overview
The Dashboard is the selected client's performance command center. Use it to review meetings, live opportunities, outreach efficiency, weekly trends, pipeline analysis, and recent genuine prospect responses in one place. The pipeline chart focuses on later-stage and resolved statuses, while Uncontacted and Attempting Contact stay out of the breakdown. Meeting mix separately identifies overdue pending meetings as Not Held and gives each recorded booking source its own chart color.
How to use this page
Select a client and reporting period
Choose a client in the Client Switcher. Use 12 weeks, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days to update range-aware outreach metrics and trend charts. Open Custom to choose inclusive From and To dates, then select Apply range. The contact pipeline remains live.
Review meetings and live opportunities
Start with Meetings booked, then scan Meetings held, Upcoming, Warm leads, and Info requests. Each card opens its related working list. Warm leads are interested contacts that are not yet booked, and Info requests are contacts that asked for more information.
Check outreach efficiency and trends
Use the Calls made, Meetings from calls, Emails sent, and Human open rate cards to open the relevant call or email history. The weekly activity chart compares calls, emails, and meetings in the selected period. Hover a chart point for its weekly detail.
Track meeting pace
The Meeting goal chart compares weekly bookings with held meetings and shows the current goal when one is set. If no goal exists, use Set a meeting goal to open the goals page.
Work meetings, campaigns, and pipeline
Use Recent and Upcoming in the Meeting desk to switch the table, then select a row to open its contact. When active campaigns exist, select a campaign row to open it. Pipeline analysis shows current contact stages and meeting mix by status and source. Meetings whose scheduled time has passed while they still have a pending meeting status appear as Not Held. The held percentage is shown with the By status chart, and each source in the source chart has a distinct color. Uncontacted and Attempting Contact do not appear in the pipeline breakdown, keeping the chart focused on progressed outreach and outcomes.
Review recent prospect responses
The Recent responses panel shows genuine prospect replies from the last 30 days. Automatic and out-of-office replies are excluded. Select a response to open its related contact or workspace, and use Refresh to retrieve the latest replies.
